Hey my 2002 2.0L Peugeot won't start, it will start for about two seconds then cuts out, handbrake light wouldn't go out but have check brake fluid level and is all ok, have disconnected battery and still no luck, radiator coolent is all ok, oil is low but this shouldn't stop it from starting
