Hower after installing it I discovered that I am missing 2 parts of said DLC. More precisely Platinum Car Pack and Speedcross Story Bundle. Rest of promised content is in game.

Yes, Payback offers a large and varied open world and 70 licensed cars, but the driving model is decent at best, microtransactions system resembles free-to-play games, randomized upgrades force you to grind and the story (along with the dialogues) is simply embarrassing. The event is unlocked after completing all 5 Speedlist events and reaching Speedlevel 40. Once the event is unlocked you’ll need to earn a total of 40000 Speed Points in order to earn the car.
I'm using the Evo X and I've tried different mix of off-road, speedcross, rally, and combining different parts, please note that I have ultimate and ultimate+ parts on it but for some reason whenever I'm doing and off-road race it struggles really hard to get past 130MPH.
